Perhaps they know that the negative effects of stress can be reduced if a person properly reacts to it. Stress can lead to an excess weight, heart diseases, depression or mental illnesses. Therefore, we must know how to overcome stress.

1. Solve the problem

Clearly imagine the problem and describe it. Think about how you can get out of the situation.

Consider all your suggestions and write them in order and check with a minus those that you can’t do, with a question mark those that are difficult to implement, and with a plus those who that you are able to do immediately, without wasting time.

Indicate deadlines for the things with a plus sign. When you’re done with options marked with a plus sign, go back to those with a question mark and minus. Maybe some of them don’t seem to be such complicated now.

2. Stay polite

Unethical behavior not only interferes with others, but can be a source of stress and anxiety. So, at work and at home try to create the atmosphere of mutual respect.

Choose an occupation that can inspire you. This can be jogging, gardening or solving a crossword. Any business, distracting you from unpleasant thoughts. This will help you to recover from all effects of stress.
